SDM started fundraising in 1986, and raised enough money to help two patients.  Since then, SDM has served over 5000 patients.

Is my donation tax deductible?

Yes. SDM is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable under the law.

Will SDM accept company matches to my donation?

Yes.  Please contact your employer directly for their process to match a donation.  You will need our official name - Susen Daniel Memorial Cancer Relief Fund - Tax ID #33-0111733.  If your company requires more information please contact us so we can assist you.

Can I donate via Venmo?

Yes.  You can find us on the Venmo app using our username of @sdmcancer, or scan the QR code below, or you can select PayPal on the website and Venmo will be payment option you can select.
